Dale Perkins, Emerald Coast Utilities Authorities (ECUA), Board Member, District 4.

Dale Perkins was born at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in 1962. He graduated from high school in 1980 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He attended Pensacola Junior College (PJC), University of West Florida (UWF), and Florida State University (FSU). While attending UWF, elected Student Government President during the 1986-87 school year.
Dale earned a master’s degree in clinical social work and applied politics. Early in his career, he worked for Eckerd Family Youth Alternatives as a wilderness camp counselor.
Dale has worked as a fishing charter boat Captain since 1997. He has also worked as an addiction counselor and as a military and family life counselor under his Clinical Social Work license.
Elected to the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority (ECUA) Board in 1994 and has never missed an ECUA Board meeting. After serving 32 years, he will not be seeking re-election.
